We replace faulty Tolki Pens
We warrant to 1 year from the original date of purchase for the Tolki Pen against all defects or faults in manufacturing or materials. To benefit from the warranty, the original proof of purchase (sales ticket or receipt) must be provided.
The warranty does not cover battery and damage resulting from misuse, falls, dismantling, or repair by unauthorized persons. Standard repairs or exchanges during the warranty period will not affect the expiry date of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Please also kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping the pen back to us, for review. Should the reader be deemed faulty, your shipping cost will be refunded.
